Navigation in Action

Real stories. Real impact.

Navigation in Action shares real stories of how barriers to care are recognized and worked through in everyday practice. These moments (often quiet but deeply impactful) illustrate how navigation helps keep patients moving forward and supports better outcomes.

We welcome submissions from navigators across the care continuum and will feature select stories online and in upcoming issues of JONS, highlighting the role navigation plays in delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.

To be eligible to submit a Navigation in Action story, participants must be an oncology patient navigator (clinical/nurse, patient, financial, community, social worker, or a manager/leader in the field).
