Dear Navigators, Social Workers, Administrators, and Clinical Staff,

Navigators from across the globe have conducted oncology navigation research and submitted their evidence-based findings to the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators 12th Annual Navigation &

Survivorship Conference. We are proud to present the best of 2021 navigation research in the following pages. Abstracts are presented by category:

Next month, we will feature abstracts from Category IX: Industry-Sponsored Clinical Research to highlight the incredible progress being made in oncology research.

We present the current studies to you as part of our commitment to advancing our expertise as oncology navigators, as well as in the hope of inspiring you in your career and promoting the continued expansion of navigation programs. Together, we will continue to share best practices and eliminate barriers to care for our patients to ultimately enhance their survivorship.
